KinderGym Girls 5 & 6yrs-Our Kindergym girls class is a beginning gymnastics class for our beginning school age girls. In this class your little one will get the full gymnastics effect with tramp, floor, bars, beam, and much more. This is a great way to keep your children on their feet and away from the TV. It is critical for our little ones to start their organized sports as soon as possible to avoid childhood obesity and to give them the opportunity to live a healthy, and happy life! This class is full of fun and movement to get those after school jitters out of there little bodies and onto our floors! We promise, your children will sleep good on gymnastics night!
Kindergym Boys 5 & 6 yrs-Our premier boys class is a special class because boys have their own set of skills that they learn including: high bar skills, parallel bar skills, pommel horse skills, and mushroom skills. Gymnastics also serves for a great way for our young boys to gain strength, coordination, flexibility, and self-confidence that will also help them grow in other sports. We love watching our little men grow into astounding athletes and gymnasts in this class!
Our school age gymnastics program is for boys and girls ages 5 and up. It is set up by levels to allow all our students equal opportunity to reach skill goals and move up to the next level and class by completing progressions which create a solid foundation for our guys and gals. Beginners will start in our Level 1 class and move their way up to our advanced Level 3 program! We are not a competitive gymnastics program. However, we teach the USAGF competitive program skills in our program just as the competitive gyms do. We understand the overwhelming benefits of gymnastics for boys and girls alike. This is the only sport taught at this age that completely develops the muscular strength, flexibility and coordination in young men and women that will create exceptional all-around athletes. This is a great program that offers room for everyone to grow and learn and get the athletic benefits many young children miss out on. The girls will also be placed in the class that best fits their skill level. We are pleased to announce that our program is also taught according to USA Gymnastics skill levels just as the boys. If you have any questions about class placement, please do not hesitate to ask a Springer's Gymnastics instructor!
